The Labor Review Board (LRB) was created to oversee and regulate career placement and growth. The LRB was the first department to be created and was established in March of 2021.

Priorities:
Income needs to be increased. Our current pay is not sufficient to sustain the cost of living. This means we’re reviewing additional part-time employment and looking for a higher-paying full-time job. Our KDOR employer is not a bad job, but it’s just not enough to keep us. Unfortunately, compensation has always been a major determining factor.
