01-19-2026 Office of Personal Prosperity Executive Session
The Office of Personal Prosperity (OPP) nullified four LCRs, amended two LCRs, and created one new LCR. All LCR changes will go into effect on 02/19/2026, except LCR26119.FSOC.A – the new regulation which will instead go into effect on 02/02/2026.
