The Life Code Regulation (LCR) Directory contains all the rules pertaining to our operations, principles of life, and stances on topics.
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this directory is to centralize all rules pertaining to our way of life to ensure a focus on a lifestyle that is closer to what we’re wanting. Prior to the LCR all departments issued regulations without consultation from each other leading to confusion and sometimes conflicting regulations.
Rule Making Process:
- In order for a rule to be made, it must first be proposed and debated by a respective department recognized by the Office of Personal Prosperity.
- Next, it must be approved by the respective department recognized by the Office of Personal Prosperity. From it’s proposal date, it must wait a minimum mandatory three-day waiting period before approval may be granted.
- Finally the Office of Personal Prosperity must approve the regulation. Once Approved it becomes an official regulation added to the LCR Directory. Any regulation that has been approved cannot go into effect until at least two-weeks from the final approval date.
The Office of Personal Prosperity recognizes the Financial Services Oversight Committee (FSOC) to handle all matters pertaining to finances, Labor Review Board (LRB) to handle all employment matters, SHAPE Commission to handle moving out (ie. school bus project) and housing related matters, Office of Planning, Engagement, & Activity (OPEA) to handle creating and managing fun lasting memories by going out, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to handle all matters relating to public/internal relations, The Department of Health and Wellness (DHW) to handle all medical and health related matters, and the Accountability Board of Review (ABOR) to handle internal investigative matters, Accountability matters, and meeting basic life necessities. Additional entities may be created under the jurisdiction of the departments but must be approved by their respective departments previously recognized.
We hope by having a centralized directory we will be able to more accurately comply with the regulations and lead to an improved lifestyle. Ultimately, enforcement is up to ourselves. We must follow through because this is and will always be for a better life.

- WHEREAS establishing long-term financial restrictions.
- OPINION
- We believe the main priority for 2026 is reducing the debt balances. Therefore, we need to start building up a separate savings account specifically for that purpose. We believe once we save enough to pay off a balance, it will be disbursed. This means officially putting a pause to any major investments or changes around our finances, so long as this regulation is effective. This regulation should be repealed once debts are paid off. This does mean delaying current projects and initiatives apart from ones that are already approved. We expect this to be effective for 18 months from July 2025.
- THEREFORE
- Effective July 1st, 2025, and continuing until repealed.
- It shall be prohibited from accruing any more debt as such unless authorized by the Financial Services Oversight Committee. $750 per month shall be allocated to a Debt Reduction Fund, specifically the Discover Savings account ending in 0057. The accumulated funds will be used at the discretion of the Financial Services Oversight Committee. General services shall not exceed $1,000 per month, and all long-term financial obligations shall be paid at the default rate.
- Once a monetary obligation has been paid off, the difference between the monthly obligation payment shall go towards increasing the contribution for the Debt Reduction Fund.
- The Financial Services Oversight Committee must approve fund usage from the Debt Reduction Fund and require a one-week waiting period from the approval date before funds may be disbursed.
- There shall be no major financial investments or increases to regularly occurring monthly expenses.
- Any financial request beyond the allowed $1,000 monthly limit for general services shall be denied.
- If income increases, the Financial Services Oversight Committee shall reallocate the monthly contribution rate towards the Debt Reduction Fund. General Services or the long-term financial obligations shall not be modified whatsoever.
SECTION 8. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & WELLNESS
- LCR230228.DHHS.A525
- Effective: 06/30/2025
- WHEREAS issuing revised guidance on our official stance on Marijuana usage.
- Revised 05/05/2025
- OPINION:
- After further consideration, we think that it shall still be discouraged upon ourselves, but allowing individuals designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as “Person of Significant Interest”, to an extent, to use marijuana without repercussions from the Ministry. As such, individuals who are designated by the Ministry must be regularly investigated to ensure they are upholding a commitment to improve our overall commonwealth as referenced in LCR230812-SEWFA.A, by instituting safeguards and monitoring usages, it mitigates the risk of an unproductive lifestyle or one that may be perceived negatively.
- Title M43, originally adopted on April 20th, 2023, established an acceptable regulatory means of usage that was regulated and safer than an all-prohibition. Even then, it lacked reporting requirements to ensure compliance. We believe in building upon the language and processes of Title M43. Any individuals who are not designated by the Ministry will still require a refrainment from such individuals. When it comes to ourselves, it may be permitted so long as we are in a safe location in a non-group setting.
- THEREFORE effective 06/30/2025Our official policy stance on the usage of Marijuana shall be allowed in limited capacity. Any edibles shall still be prohibited no exceptions. Individuals designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as “Person of Significant Interest”, to an extent, shall be allowed to use Marijuana without repercussions from the Ministry. Such individuals must complete a form and take an oath to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, committing to not adversely affect the initiatives, objectives, and operations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any of the departments. Such individuals must also agree to be subject to ongoing monitoring of their frequency of usage. The Ministry has the sole discretion to revoke an individual’s designation status and has the authority to issue a no-contact order, resulting in us blocking and or no longer communicating with said individuals. Individuals who agree to the oath of non-interference will waive any and all appeal rights established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other department. Marijuana usage is preferred under state-approved dispensaries and is allowed from credible resellers. Credible means you must have known the seller for at least four months and or another individual who is designated a “Person of Significant Interest” can vouch. The resale of the substance shall be prohibited. Usage around dogs, cats, pregnant women, or high-health risk populations shall be prohibited. Usage shall not be permitted in an enclosed motor vehicle. There must be an effort towards keeping the substance out of reach and out of plain sight as a means for safety and legal caution. Usage shall be allowed up to four designated days per month if aged 22-24, and no maximum if aged 25 or older. A designated day for the purpose of this regulation means a day permitting to use of marijuana; a designated day must be made in advance of at least 24 hours from intended use and in writing. The Department of Health & Human Services is allowed to further regulate beyond this scope in its capacity under the continued authority of the Office of Personal Prosperity.
