The Office of Personal Prosperity (OPP) nullified four LCRs, amended two LCRs, and created one new LCR.
- Nullifying LCR230706-ABOR.A – trash compartment regulation.
- Nullifying LCR230708-ABOR.A – Electronic LED off regulation.
- Amending LCR230708-ABOR.B – to allow only for special occasions.
- Nullifying LCR230907-ABOR.A – food and soft drinks near the bed regulation.
- Amending LCR25523.FSOC.A – to allow up to 15% in tip for select restaurants, and allowing 10% for all other establishments, removing the requirement to leave no tip at all provision.
- Nullifying LCR25501-FSOC.A – financial regulation that requires fund establishment, and will be replaced by a future financial regulation.
- Creating a new financial regulation that requires all transactions in excess of $75 to go through a mandatory docket review process.
- Amending LCR240911.DHHS.A525 – to require a provision to refrain from and remove individuals who consume alcohol frequently who are not designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as “Person of Significant Interest”, similar to LCR230228.DHHS.A525.
All LCR changes will go into effect on 02/19/2026, except LCR26119.FSOC.A – the new regulation which will instead go into effect on 02/02/2026.
